Parchmeta

Foil on one side. Parchment on the other.

Parchmeta is aluminum foil lined with parchment paper. It folds and seals like foil, and nothing sticks to it like parchment. One sheet to line, wrap, roast, bake and freeze.

Parchment side up, foil underneath. Tap or hover the corner.

parchment aluminum Bonded into one sheet, about as thick as heavy-duty foil.

Two layers, one sheet

The parchment side

Touches the food. Silicone-coated paper that nothing sticks to, so fish, cheese and pastry come away clean and the pan stays clean too.

The foil side

Faces out. Folds to shape, seals a parcel tight, holds heat, and blocks light and air for the freezer.

Parchment towards the food, foil facing out. That is the only rule.

Four ways to buy it

Pre-cut and flat, ready for a baking tray. No tearing, no curling.

Rolls

Cut what you need, from a wrapped sandwich to a whole roast.

Perforated sheets

A roll with tear lines, so every sheet comes off the same size.

Slip bags

Pouches with the parchment inside. Slide food in, fold the top, done.
